Kathryn is a British YA fiction author with a passion for classical art, mythology and folklore all of which echo throughout her work. She has been writing stories since before she could hold a pencil correctly but started her publishing journey in 2022 with her upcoming debut novel The Shadow of the Scholar. She was born and raised in Southampton and holds a Bachelor of Art from the University of Southampton’s Winchester School of Art. She later completed a Postgraduate degree in Art Gallery and Museum Studies at the University of Manchester. Kathryn now lives in Chester with her husband and, when she is not writing, works as a librarian.
